New in CRM: Webforms and Booking Resources

If you haven’t used our webforms yet, it’s time to start! Create a CRM webform and add “Book a resource” field to it. Now you can select fields to be shown in the form, configure employees, resources and services lists. Your customers will be able to fill this form and your resources will be booked automatically.

Why is it a great feature? Because that’s a whole new system of booking services. Your customers choose their preferences and all this data is saved in CRM. Once you set up the form, the rest is done automatically.
